Not quite Dora the Explorer... But close. Vol I

Ms. Jen and Ms. Brynlee have finally returned from all of their travels.  The next 4 blogposts or so will chronicle their many adventures.  It all began back in the beginning of September when we all went to Myrtle Beach for Labor Day.  We wanted to meet up with our long lost friends from Florida, Jake and Lindsey, and felt that a repeat of last year's adventure was in order.  We learned a lot from our last trip and were able to focus more this time on good food and relaxation.
Not surprisingly Brynlee was a trooper and took most of the trip in stride, maybe that's why we let her travel so much! Our time in Myrtle Beach was spent at the beach, mini-golfing, and overpaying for a really cool BBQ festival.  The BBQ festival is apparently a yearly thing there and had a lot of really good fair food.  Unfortunately, at the advice of an uniformed or dishonest fair worker, we opted in for the $10 all you can eat pass which was supposedly good from 1 - 9 p.m.  After eating our 4th styrofoam cup of smoked pork we took a break and hit the beach.  We headed back to the fair around 7 only to find that all the booths had folded up and skipped town!  Needless to say we won't be buying the all you can eat bracelet anytime soon.  Not enough food variety for our tastes.  I swear I could still taste the pork 3 days after we got home!

Enjoy the pics!
